If the company genuinely believes the item has arrived, then something is seriously wrong with their tracking system — or worse, their customer service.
Asking for feedback before fulfilling the order is not just premature — it’s insulting. Deliver the product first. Then ask for a review.

Comprei essa para a minha filha de 6 anos levar para a escola, entretanto só depois que comprei que notei não ter uma alça para carregar. Ela ficaria perfeita se tivesse essa alça na tampa. Gostei imenso de vir com duas tampas e ter a palinha maleável.
I like the mouth piece. It's better than a straw shape for drinking lots of water. So far it seems to fit all cup-holders.
